Personal Training

Customized one-on-one training to help you achieve your goals (build muscles, muscle definition, etc).

1 session - $75

5 Sessions - $350

  • All sessions need to be used within 7 weeks after start date.

10 Sessions - $675

  • All sessions need to be used within 12 weeks after start date.

20 Sessions - $1,300 

  • All sessions need to be used within 22 weeks after start date.

 

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Must notify me of cancellation 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. 

  • If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the full session.

  • I will only wait 15 minutes for late arrivals and your sessions will start from the time agreed upon. Please call if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late for a session.
